Pickl. spices up Zad foodtruck park at Aljada

With a menu laden with freshly made fast food, Pickl. is a welcome addition to the Zad food village. The company prepares its sauces, spice blends and pickles daily, and only uses beef and chicken that’s free from preservatives and additives.
Enticing burger offerings include Bespoke by Pickl. or Bespoke by Steve – the founder; both burger offerings come with double chuck patties and potato buns. Jazz up your orders with Tub o’ House Pickle options in dill pickles, chilli pickles, onion pickles or fried onion pickles. Choose from comeback sauce, secret sauce, ranch sauce, BBQ sauce, caesar sauce and American mustard.
Plant-based patties present a tasty alternative to beef-patty burgers, as do an array of Chicken Sandos aka sandwiches with varying spice levels ranging from the zesty ‘Medium-ish’ to the mock-lethal ‘Reaper’. The Little Pickl. kids meal comes offers a healthy carrot sticks side option to fries, which are also available. Sweet accompaniments include the Ice-Cream Sando and customized Shakes.
