Moon Slice makes Sharjah debut at Aljada’s East Boulevard

Moon Slice has made its Sharjah debut by opening at East Boulevard, the new and premium recreational hub at Aljada.
Proudly Emirati, the homegrown pizzeria was founded by restaurateur Mahmood AlKhamis, while Reif Othman worked on its artisanal menu that incorporates milk in the pizza dough’s 48-hour fermentation process to give it its signature appeal.
Piquant ingredients like truffle foam, spicy meatballs, local honey, and Wagyu, shrimp or octopus carpaccio are among options for pizza toppings. Italian fare is also on offer such as seafood pasta with prawn bisque, tomato sauce, prawns, and squid.
This is the brand’s second outlet in the UAE and is open daily from noon to midnight.
The eatery joins Spinneys, Starbucks, Hoof Café and Origami Sushi, which have already opened at the first section of East Boulevard, a walkable tree-lined street that is filled with retail and dining destinations.
They will shortly be joined by a number of new outlets included Five Guys, the well-known US burger house; Turkish restaurant chain Bosporus; British cookie brand Ben’s Cookies; famed Lebanese ice cream brand Bachir; and Japanese lifestyle department store Mumuso.
Other sections of East Boulevard are scheduled to open in early 2023 and span the Nest student housing area and East Village. On completion, East Boulevard will be 2.2km long.
