Arada recently took part in an Open Day hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)’s Tawteen initiative. Held in Sharjah’s Al Jawaher Reception & Convention Centre on 31 October, the Open Day was held as part of MOHRE’s plan to facilitate the employment of UAE nationals within the private sector.

Arada’s recruitment team, led by Waseem Ali, HR Manager, met with MOHRE officials at a workshop prior to the Open Day to discuss opportunities available at the Sharjah-based developer. The recruitment team identified five positions that are ready and suitable for UAE nationals, in customer services, collections, accounts, human resources and development teams.

During the Open Day itself, the Arada team interviewed a total of 20 applicants, and the shortlisted candidates will be called back for secondary interviews in the coming days.
“Arada is proud to be a part of this exceptionally important initiative, and we are grateful to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for facilitating the Open Day,” Ali said. “We were impressed by the quality of the candidates that we spoke with, and look forward to filling these five positions quickly.”

The Tawteen programme was launched by the MOHRE in December 2016 in a bid to increase the number of Emiratis working in the private sector through increased engagement and human resources development programmes.
