Arada named Innovator of the Future at the Arabian Business Awards 2021

Arada was honoured alongside some of the UAE’s largest and most well-known organisations at the Arabian Business Awards 2021 ceremony, which was held in Dubai last night.
Arada was named as the real estate industry’s Innovator of the Future beating stiff competition from companies including Azizi, Ithra Dubai and Shorouq.
Other organisations to be honoured during the evening included Emirates, Microsoft, ADNOC, the UAE Ministry of Economy and Amazon.
Designed to celebrate the UAE’s fiftieth anniversary, the ceremony recognised the top companies who had achieved the most significant success in each sector during the country’s first 50 years, as well as the corporates set to drive their industry forward in the next 50.
The winners were also decided based on excellence in their sector and performance over the past year.
Eighty companies were named as finalists in the awards, handpicked by the editorial teams at ITP Media Group’s verticals which specialise in each sector.
Founded in 2017, Arada has swiftly built up a project portfolio valued at AED33 billion, and launched three successful master-planned communities in Sharjah. In January, Arada announced its entry into the lucrative Dubai property market via the purchase of a beachfront plot of land on The Palm Jumeirah.
