Arada supports inaugural Tanweer Festival, a three-day celebration of art and heritage

Arada was a major supporter of the region’s newest celebration of music, poetry and art, as the Tanweer Festival took place in the Sharjah desert for the first time.
The spectacular gathering of culture and heritage took place over three days against the backdrop of the Mleiha desert and historical landscape, and was the brainchild of HE Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi.
In total more than 6,000 guests attended the Festival between 22-24 November, which took place under the theme ‘Timeless Echoes of Love and Light’.
Arada took part in the Tanweer Festival as a Terra Partner, in line with the master developer’s ambitions to create spaces that lead to happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
Arada portfolio company Boost Juice also had a stall at the event, providing healthy juices, smoothies and snacks to visitors from around the world.
Among the global superstars to perform at the event were Sami Yusuf, Senny Camara, Kamal Musallam and Dhafer Youssef.
The Tanweer Festival also featured the Tanweer Marketplace as a vibrant focal point and the Nourish Zone provided guests with a range of delicacies from the region, while a selection of art installations complemented the beauty of the Mleiha landscape.
