Arada wins Best Luxury Real Estate Developer at Construction Innovation Awards 2024

Arada, the master developer behind Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah and W Residences at Dubai Harbour, has been named Best Luxury Real Estate Developer at a prominent local awards ceremony.
The Construction Innovation Awards 2024 featured prominent developers across the Gulf and was hosted at the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City on 30 October.
The award nomination referred to Arada’s exceptional design and the high quality of its facilities in the development of the master developer’s luxury projects in the UAE
Arada currently has three luxury branded developments launched for sale across Dubai and Sharjah, including Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, which is being developed in partnership with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Tadao Ando.
Valued at AED5bn and in collaboration with Marriott International, W Residences at Dubai Harbour is a three-tower luxury seafront development with LEED Silver-certified design and over 400 branded apartments.
Arada has also partnered with Minor Hotels to launch the Anantara Sharjah Resort and Anantara Sharjah Residences, located on Heerah Beach in Sharjah.
The award adds to a list of recent accolades picked up by Arada, including Sustainable Developer of the Year at the Bayut Awards. Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah was named Best Branded Residences by Robb Report’s Best of the Best 2024, as well as Waterfront Project of the Year at the 2024 Pillars of Real Estate Awards.
