His Highness visited one of the completed Masaar forest villas and listened to the details of the home layout and the fully equipped smart home technology provided to each unit, alongside the direct access to the entertainment area at the heart of the Masaar community.

All homes at Masaar are designed to provide full privacy for residents, accommodating the diverse needs of family members, allowing them to live comfortably and enjoy quality family time while engaging in various activities.

The Masaar project is distinguished by the impressive number of trees and diverse plants that connect the six districts of the project. It will feature more than 50 species of trees, including ghaf, samar, acacia, mahogany, cork, Indian oak, Spanish cherry, African tulip, and damas trees. The final number of trees planted in Masaar will exceed 70,000 by the time the project is completed in 2026.

The project will also offer a range of community, recreational and sports facilities, including parks, swimming pools for children and adults, a 6.6 km cycling track, a dedicated cycling center, children’s play areas, a skate park, separate fitness centers for men and women, tennis courts, basketball courts, football fields, beach volleyball courts and a food truck area.

Additionally, the project will include Reigate Grammar School Masaar, a British curriculum school with a capacity for 2,700 students, which is scheduled to open in 2027.

After that, His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah proceeded to the Masaar Discovery Center, an open and naturally lit space where the project is showcased and the necessary procedures for the Masaar homeowners are handled.

His Highness was briefed on the overall master plan for the Masaar project and the progress of its development. The second and third phases are expected to be completed within the next six months, bringing the total number of completed residential units to 1,400. The remaining three phases, comprising 1,600 residential units, are scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
